Mount Hasan

Mt. Hasan (3268 m) is a volcanic cone rising at the west of Capadocia. Ihlara Valley, famous with its historical churches carved in rock and its natural beauty, lies at the north of the mountain. The Valley, which is 14 kilometers long, 200 meters wide and about 100 meters deep, with a river running through, is of interest to trekkers.

Mt. Hasan can be climbed from all sides and is suitable for skiing in winter.
